Success is led by the power of communication

It is key for us here at KDG Property

Acton was the venue in January for KDG Property’s Berkeley Square HQ to take on the Surrey Office. It was a great for both offices to meet up and forget the office for a few hours. Although it was enjoyed by all, no one really found the experience very relaxing - indeed some saw the black flag more than once and took to the track very competitively! The KDG news editor dare not say in writing who consistently maintained pole position throughout the day and won 1st place on the podium!

KDG Property’s Services Officer Sakol launches campaign to combat limescale, leaks and blocked pipework.

A block manager’s daily fight to improve communal buildings.

Blocked pipework or broken domestic appliances often lead to leaks and a headache for all concerned. Regular checks and preventative care for appliances and pipework can assist to reduce incidents, so Sakol is giving a free household gift* not only to KDG customers, but anyone who owns their own apartment and lives in Surrey!

Communal structures & developments require occupants’ assistance in the smooth running of their building.

Sakol wants to encourage people living in apartments to maintain their domestic appliances, as well as regularly use sink & drain unblocker. The free gift is to help inspire residents to routinely care for their own white goods and pipework which could otherwise cause escapes of water.

KDG has always been renown for providing innovative regular communication, and existing customers have already seen us win Build Magazine’s award in 2016 for Innovation in Client Communication in London. The dawn of the KDG Smartphone app builds upon our unsurpassed reputation in this area by bringing one of the first smartphone app’s to keep abreast of customers’ homes and investments.

The smartphone app provides KDG’s clients access to the last Site Visit Report for the subject property, so customers can immediately see what has been highlighted on our site surveyors regular visit and more importantly, what our team is working on for their estates customers.

Quarterly Directors Dashboard Reports (DDR’s) have also been added for director clients, which brings the regular quarterly dashboard reporting to the smartphone so again, from users smartphones, they can easily track how the block is performing on a quarterly basis financially, together with salient ‘quick look’ information such as details of building insurance and expiry dates.

KDG’s Director Andrew Kelleher BSc MRICS MIRPM upon launch of the smartphone app commented, “KDG has never wanted to rest with providing basic information, and wanted to avoid our app to be just a platform to take service charge payments. KDG’s trademark motto war-cry of ‘Putting SERVICE Back Into Service Charges’ is now demonstrated by our smartphone app, which empowers our customers further into feeling involved with their buildings and adds another communication platform to our reputation”.

The KDG App can be downloaded on the Apple App Store & Android "Play store".
